Support for Luminos is available via e-mail or a general support forum.

Troubleshooting tips:
- Sometimes the 3D drivers in the iPad's OS seem to get munged up. Try restarting your iPad by holding the power button until the "Slide to power off" appears.
- If your iPad is jailbroken and you are running custom themes, those may interfere with Luminos. Try disabling the theme and see if the problem goes away (let me know as well, I want those to work)
- If you really want to do me a favor, send me the crash log. With a crash log I can cross reference your crash directly into my source code to (hopefully) quickly locate the cause. To get the crash log you must sync with iTunes after the crash, then look in your iPad's log folder and email me any files which start with "Luminos" as their name.
To find the log folder for your iPad on a Mac, look in ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/ for a folder with the same name as your iPad. In that folder will be the crash logs.
To find the log folder on Windows look in C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\ where <USERNAME> is whatever your login ID is. The folder in there with the same name as your iPad will have the logs. Note that the AppData folder is normally hidden, but you can type the path to it in an Explorer (desktop) window to reach it or turn on Show Hidden Files to see it.
- Occasionally, upgrading to new versions damages something (probably my fault, but I don't know). If you don't have any data in Luminos you care about, delete the App and then re-install it from the App Store.
I check email and the forums frequently every day and will try to respond to your questions quickly.
Best wishes,
John
